Do you offer breakfast at HOTEL andrä?
Yes! We serve breakfast in Apartment 04, located on the fourth floor of our building.
The space is less a traditional breakfast room and more like a small living room – a place to arrive, enjoy a coffee, and watch Salzburg slowly wake up.
From the windows, you can look out over the rooftops of the city all the way to the fortress.
Breakfast is intentionally simple: a small selection of quality products, fresh pastries, and the things you simply like to have on the table in the morning and costs EUR 16,50 per person and night.
We prepare coffee freshly on our espresso machine.
One hot drink is included with breakfast; additional drinks are available for €3.50.

How can I check in at HOTEL andrä?
Two days before your arrival, you will receive a pre-arrival email. Through a link, you can enter your personal details and make the payment conveniently in advance.
On the day of arrival, you simply encode your room card yourself at our 24/7 check-in kiosk located in the entrance area. This allows you to check in and out flexibly and independently. At HOTEL andrä, we consciously forego a traditional reception desk and instead rely on digital processes – this allows us to keep the costs for your hotel room in the heart of Salzburg low.
Our office on the fourth floow is staffed daily from 12:00 to 20:00 and is at your disposal for any questions or concerns. However, the check-in and check-out are available 24/7 via our kiosk.
Are there special conditions if I book directly at HOTEL andrä?
Yes, by booking directly you benefit from a direct booking discount, as we are always 10% cheaper than on online booking platforms (OTA). Furthermore, we are somewhat more lenient with our cancellation policies in case of emergencies, and direct bookers often have a better chance of receiving a free upgrade.
Are there family rooms at the HOTEL andrä?
Yes, we offer family rooms in various categories: Comfort and Signature andrä. The rooms in the Comfort category are spacious, covering up to 26 m², while the Signature andrä rooms are even more generous, offering up to 29 m². Both categories are ideal for families wishing to travel together.
Can I travel with my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at HOTEL andrä. We ask for your understanding and hope that you will still enjoy a pleasant stay with us.

How to successfully arrive at HOTEL andrä?
- It is recommended to arrive publicly via train/bus, as the main train station is about 10 minutes away on foot
- Arrival by car is possible, due to the numerous public parking garages nearby
How do you get from the HOTEL andrä to the city center?
