It happened – we are allowed to be open again for all guests! We are looking forward to welcoming you!
We are very sorry to say that in this hard time, information on the website is subject to change – that includes breakfast times, check in times, opening hours and other things. We will keep you up to date in this text right here!
COVID-19 Check-In-Information – Tested – Recovered – Vaccinated!
Due to the guidelines of the government we would like to remind you that a proof of a low epidemological risk (§1 Abs. 2 COVID-19-ÖV) is necessary for the check-in. Via the link you can find out the exact information about the guidelines.
Our check-in terminal makes it possible, to have a contact-less check-in.
Our opening hours are currently: Monday through Sunday 07:00 am – 11:00 am and 01:30 pm – 09:30 pm

Reception Desk
No! The reception desk is working from 07:00am till 09:00pm every day.
Yes! The Salzburg Card is available in every form directly in our hotel.
Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed in the hotel.
Rooms
Yes, every linen in our hotel is made for people who suffer from allergies.
For the 3rd and 4th person there is a sleeping couch available – those are layered with a completely normal mattress. That means you don’t have to sacrifice comfort under any circumstance.
In our doublebeds there are 2 single 90cm mattresses combined to one big one.
Of course! Even our little guests are treated to the highest standard of comfort. 🙂
This depends a lot on the room you are in. We have a lot of views to offer from our rooms – the best one in our opinion is directly to the Untersberg. 🙂
Yes, there is wheelchair accessibility in our hotel as well as rooms on the ground floor with extra accessibility (special shower and toilet).
Parking
Yes, we have parking places available for busses. Please contact us in advance.
For a small fee you can park right in front of the house or in our own parking garage.
Getting there
You got more than one option for checking in at our hotel – either you just join us at the reception at MAX 70, the classic way. Or you could use our check-in terminal right outside of MAX 70. The newest and last way to check in is to use the app HelloGuest on your smartphone.
Check In normally starts at 3 pm – sometimes rooms are available earlier. If that is the case, we will be at your service and you can check in earlier, of course. But we cannot guarantee that – at 3 pm we can tough 🙂
Of course. Even if our reception desk is closed for the night, you can check in using our check in terminal right outside of MAX 70 or the HelloGuest app. If you use the terminal method, there is an obligation to pay with card (directly at the terminal). Slip us a message or a phone call if you want to arrive after 9 pm and we will arrange something 🙂
Directly in front of the hotel bus number 1 has its stop. Bus number 1 takes you straight into the city center. A few meters from the hotel there is the stop for bus number 2, which takes you to the airport or the train station.
Bus number 1 stops directly in front of the hotel, bus number 2 is a few meters away from our hotel – so you can easily travel here by public transport. 🙂
You can always leave your luggage with us – and no, we will not charge you for that. You can get your luggage between 7 am – 9 pm. After that, it is not possible to get your luggage, because working hours for the reception desk are over. You can always leave your luggage at the luggage boxes in front of the hotel

Rates
If your child is in need of its own bed, we cannot give you any special rates unfortunately. At breakfast we are more than happy to give you a discount on children between 6-10 and also bus tickets are at a discount until 14 years of age.
As you can imagine, no, unfortunately we cannot refund a non-refundable booking.
